Good Mess Studio is a working art studio in Houston where I build sculptures, experiment with new materials, and occasionally make a spectacular mess. I also open the studio for workshops, creative nights, and hands-on experiences where other people can come make something too. Whether you’re trying a new craft, looking for a creative night out, or just want an excuse to use your hands for a while, you’re welcome here.
Come as you are, no experience required.
I’m usually working on something strange, oversized, or made from materials that probably weren’t intended for art.
Small groups. Lots of experimenting. Everything is beginner-friendly and all materials are included.
Sometimes the studio is open for people who just want a place to work on their own projects or make alongside other creative people.
